New District 4 Middle School

A 28.3-acre site has been acquired on Dorchester Road in North Charleston for the New District 4 Middle School. The school will be a two-story structure designed to accommodate 550 students and will include three academic wings. The approximate size of the facility is 92,000 square feet. The existing buildings on the property will be removed prior to commencing construction.

SCHEDULE: Substantial completion occurred on August 17, 2009
